Overview

Maintenance Engineer – Leicester – £54,848 per year – 4 on 4 off days/nights, 12 hour shifts.

About the Role

We\'re looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our high-performing team. You\'ll be the technical expert on-site, ensuring the smooth running, reliability, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. This role is hands-on, focused on preventative maintenance, fault finding, root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out maintenance tasks to high safety and quality standards
  • Support and coach the autonomous maintenance team
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures
  • Lead root cause analysis sessions and support process improvements
  • Manage technical documentation and provide feedback to improve maintenance plans
  • Take ownership of your assigned area and lead technical problem-solving
