Job Description:

We are seeking a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with a mechanical or electrical bias to join a highly sustainable FMCG environment supporting the local community.

This role offers a salary of £43,260 plus a £6,500 Callout Allowance and bonus. Working hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 3pm on Friday, with early finish on Fridays and flexible hours.

The successful candidate will maintain and repair pumps, conveyors, presses, gearboxes, turbines, steam boilers, and crushing sites. Responsibilities include following preventative maintenance plans, conducting inspections, and participating in major projects over the next 18 months.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with a mechanical or electrical bias
• Formal qualification, ideally Level 3 (NVQ, City and Guilds, HNC, D)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial
