A brand new role is now available for a Maintenance Team Leader with a strong background in industrial manufacturing. The Maintenance Team Leader will be working for a leading manufacturing business at their factory in the Suffolk area and will be responsible for all manufacturing and packaging machinery in the state-of-the-art factory. The successful Maintenance Team Leader needs to be multi-skilled, hold an engineering qualification, and be available to work a Panama Days and Nights shift pattern. Skills Required for Maintenance Team Leader:

1. Experience leading a team of engineers in a manufacturing environment
2. Planned and reactive maintenance tasks
3. Good hands-on electrical and mechanical skill set
4. Relevant engineering qualification (HND, HNC, Degree, NVQ level 3, etc.)
5. Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
