Job summary

Bet365 is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance professional to manage and maintain services and systems across its property portfolio in the Stoke-on-Trent area. You will work with low voltage power, lighting, fire alarms and CCTV, and produce maintenance plans and technical reports.

You will contribute to health and safety processes, perform testing and installation tasks, and support the Estates Manager with procedures and contractor works. An on-call rota is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical maintenance and installation.
• Ability to complete maintenance documentation and reports.
• Knowledge of health and safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a full range of electrical maintenance duties to a high standard.
• Perform reactive and pre-planned maintenance activities.
• Support electrical compliance across our properties.
• Provide technical advice and support for all electrical systems.
• Carry out elements of multi-skilled works including fixed wire testing.
• Install new electrical systems and equipment.
• Support the Estates Manager with the development of processes and procedures.
• Support the delivery of contractor instructed works.
• You will be required to support the department's on-call rota, including any pre-planned works and responding to equipment issues.

Education

City & Guilds 2330 Electro-Technical Technology (Electrical Installation)

BTEC National Certificate or equivalent qualification

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

Higher National Certificate in Electrical Engineering

City & Guilds 2391-52 Testing and Inspection of Electrical Installations certificate is desirable

You will specialise in electrical maintenance and installation to manage and maintain services and systems for all of our sites within the property portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of electrical equipment, including low voltage power, lighting systems, fire alarms and CCTV. In addition to electrical system maintenance, testing and installation, you will create and complete all required maintenance documentation and update our electronic systems. This will include creating written job plans and technical reports. All working tasks are to be conducted in accordance with health and safety processes and procedures.,

• City & Guilds 2391-52 Testing and Inspection of Electrical Installations certificate is desirable.
• Application of good fault finding and communication skills are essential.
