A fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to work for a growing manufacturing company based in the Shropshire area. My client is a multi-award-winning business group that provide manufacturing, supply, and transport of their products globally.

My client is looking for a maintenance engineer to join their team on a days continental shift pattern. The right person will be a multi-skilled engineer with strong electrical abilities and previous experience in an FMCG environment. As well as a good salary and benefits package my client offers stability and great working culture.

Maintenance Engineer Role Benefits:

Maintenance Engineer Duties include:

  • Continentals 4 on 4 off. (Days only with holiday night shift cover).
  • Carry out planned and routine maintenance.
  • Attend breakdowns.
  • Promote health and safety.
  • Update CMMS.
  • Installs.

As a Maintenance Engineer Requirements include:

  • Apprentice trained ideally to HNC Level 4
  • Must be electrically qualified.
  • CMMS experience.
  • Experience using PLCs (Preferably Siemens S7).
  • Experience with Fanuc and ABB Robots (Advantageous).
  • Strong fault-finding capabilities.
  • FMCG experience.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings.
