Shift- Days & Nights Panama Shift

Salary: GBP45,000- GBP50,000

We re seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer / Shift Technician to become a key part of a thriving production facility specializing in large-scale machinery and high-performance manufacturing systems. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who is looking to join a company that invest in their engineers. You ll play a vital part in keeping complex, high-output production lines running smoothly reacting quickly to breakdowns and applying robust preventative maintenance strategies.

Skills required for the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

  • Electrical & mechanical competency proven experience in fault-finding and repair
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
  • Fault-find and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems: belts, chains, gearboxes, pumps, bearings
  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems: single/three-phase, PLCs (Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Siemens S7), inverters, and safety relays
  • Support installation and commissioning of new machinery
  • Provide thorough handover communication to ensure seamless shift transitions
  • Comfortable working on motors, sensors, drives, bearings, belts, and chains
