Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Leamington Spa

£42k | 4 days on / 4 days off

Here's your chance to join a cutting-edge packaging leader. You will lbe working with high-speed recycling machinery running like clockwork – minimising downtime, preventing breakdowns, and keeping the circular economy turning.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to reactive breakdowns and getting production back online fast
• Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults
• Keeping equipment safe, reliable, and production-ready
• Driving continuous improvement and championing safety on-site

What you'll bring

• Recognised maintenance qualification (apprentice-trained ideal)
• Multi-skilled (60% electrical / 40% mechanical)
• Solid experience in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing (FMCG or 24/7 plant preferred)
