Job description

Shift Pattern:

Days – Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

Work as part of the Maintenance team as a mechanically focused technician with some multi-skilled experience. Responsible for providing mechanical expertise, repairing plant equipment efficiently, and ensuring safety and functionality. Also, oversee safety permits and supervise contractor activity when required.

  • Support maintenance tasks on all plant equipment
  • Ensure machinery and equipment are mechanically and electrically safe
  • Perform support maintenance as needed
  • Repair pumps, conveyor systems, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Preferably experienced in chemical or heavy engineering sectors
  • Apprentice-trained Maintenance Engineer
  • Holds a formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering
  • Flexible and motivated, willing to take on overtime
