Overview

Maintenance Engineer / Shift Technician / Multi Skilled Engineer – Skelmersdale. Electrical or Mechanical bias. Salary £57k + full benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Working as a Maintenance Engineer / Shift Technician / Multi Skilled
• Panama Shifts - Days and Nights (12 hours, 3s & 2s pattern)
• Providing expert-level Electrical, Mechanical and Control Systems support across all production lines
• Conducting preventative maintenance, fault-finding and breakdown response to minimise downtime
• Supporting RCA processes and reliability improvement actions
• Coaching Manufacturing Technicians to build operational fault-finding skills
• Supporting site CI and capital projects from an engineering perspective
• Managing contractor activity and issuing Permits to Work
• Working closely with PLCs (Siemens/Allen Bradley), SCADA, and industrial control systems

Salary & Benefits
