Job summary

Probe Technical Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established team in the Kidderminster area. The ideal candidate will have recognised electrical qualifications and experience in machine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and working with hydraulics and pneumatics. This role offers the opportunity to ensure optimal performance of machinery and contribute to the efficiency of operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with conveyors.
• Ability to read circuit diagrams.
• Experience with single and three-phase power supplies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all machines are running at all times.
• Diagnose and repair machine faults.
• Respond to breakdowns.
• Carry out TPM and PPM work.
• Open communication with shift leaders.
• Reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
