Maintenance Engineer role based in Wrexham. Salary £48,000 plus 20 days holiday, 3 additional days holiday over Christmas, company pension, onsite parking and a call out rota (minimum 4.5 hours paid). Working pattern is 3 days on, 3 days off with shifts 8am-8pm, 8am-8pm, and 6am-6pm. This is a friendly, family‑run business offering ongoing training and a stable role.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Engineer will perform both electrical and mechanical pre-planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on a range of production equipment.
• Electrical maintenance including PLC controlled switchgear, inverter-controlled drives, solenoids and limit switching.
• Mechanical maintenance including conveyors, elevators, compressors, hammermill grinders, pellet presses, etc.
• Adhere to the 3 on 3 off days-based shift pattern and be on call during the evening for the first two working days.
