Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a busy manufacturing site near Maidstone. You will maintain electrical and mechanical systems, respond to breakdowns, and carry out planned preventive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

Job Role of the Maintenance Engineer

A superb opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a supportive and collaborative engineering team within a busy manufacturing site near Maidstone.

You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical or Mechanical Experience
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with Industrial Steam Boilers, Autoclaves, Sterilers etc
