Day Shift - No Nights or Weekends

I am currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to provide support covering a wide range of plant and equipment in a busy manufacturing environment.

Ensuring breakdowns are attended to and resolved quickly to maintain minimal downtime and disruption to the production process, you will be expected to: -

• Carry out routine inspection on various plant and equipment, carrying out repair work during normal production activity whilst providing engineering solutions to assist and maximise operational capacity
• Undertake fault-finding and problem solving work on a wide range of equipment and machinery
• Log breakdowns and issues accurately and effectively using software systems provided
• Work with the team to oversee the installation of new and existing plant
  
  

You will be qualified to at least HNC / HND with an excellent understanding of electro-mechanical & pneumatic devices i.e. pump, valves, motors, cylinders, sensors, hydraulic systems etc.

Ideally, you will have worked within an automotive manufacturing environment
