Job description

I currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Maintenance Engineer with an F-Gas qualification or Air Conditioning Engineer to work in and around Nottingham on various retail maintenance contracts.

As a Maintenance Engineer you'll be the first point of contact for planned and reactive air conditioning maintenance across dedicated sites, carrying out a range of tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of building services.

Schedule and working hours:

• Monday to Friday 45 hours
• Working hours - 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
• On Call - 1 in 4 weeks on call. - This is for emergencies only.
• Salary - £41,210/Yr.
• Location - Nottingham
• Extra - Overtime available after 45 hours hit. (1.5x)

Tasks will include repairs and maintenance of cooling units and AHU's, rectifying faults in plant rooms, splits, VRF and more. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs when required.
