Maintenance Engineer - Manufacturing

Position: Multi Skilled

Schedule: Monday - Friday Day Shift

Overview

This is a great opportunity for a maintenance engineer looking to work a Monday - Friday shift and keep their weekends free. Well-known manufacturers are looking to recruit immediately, and you will join an experienced and supportive team with a strong track record. As a maintenance engineer, you will be a key team player in ensuring the factory operates efficiently and production levels are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive maintenance and site PMs
• Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns promptly
• Address both electrical and mechanical faults and maintenance
• Engage in engineering projects such as commissioning, installations, and relocations
• Identify and implement process and machine output improvements
• Follow site health & safety rules and legislation

Requirements

• Time-served or recognized apprenticeship (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering field
• Experience in a multi-skilled role covering mechanical and electrical engineering
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with confidence
