Job summary

Wills Consultants in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our on-site maintenance team. You will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on automated warehouse systems, ensuring maximum equipment availability and supporting operational performance.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, and provide technical support to technicians, while adhering to safety and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated warehouse systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs, WCS/WMS and CMMS.
• Strong fault-finding, communication and problem-solving skills.

Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £45,368 per annum

Shifts: 2 x 12-hour days, 2 x 12-hour nights, followed by 6 days off (inclusive of holiday allowance)

About the Role:

• Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, WCS/WMS, and CMMS.
• Strong fault-finding, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work effectively within a team.
