Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Solihull is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing site. You will work with advanced automation, robotics and automated systems to keep production running at peak performance.

You will diagnose faults, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement projects across a fast-paced operation. A strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to safety are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimise downtime across production operations.
• Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
• Support safe, efficient and reliable manufacturing performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot advanced automated systems, including: Industrial robots; Automated welding and joining equipment; Conveyor systems; Complex tooling and fixtures; Lifting and handling equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, equipment upgrades and automation projects.
• Promote and uphold a strong safety-first culture.
