Maintenance Engineer (Days)

Mansfield

£35,600 per annum + Good Work Life Balance + Overtime + Training & Development

An Excellent opportunity for an Maintenance Engineer looking for a role with good work life balance to join a well-established, quality driven company.

Due to continued growth they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the business. You will get the chance to work in a close knit team, in state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and work on the latest high precision machinery. Within this role you will conduct service and maintenance work, breakdowns, and urgent repairs whilst implementing continuous improvement to minimise downtime.


This role would suit an individual from a manufacturing background with a mechanical bias, looking for a new role within a well-established company where you can progress your skills further.

The Role:

  • Conduct service and maintenance work, breakdowns, and urgent repairs
  • Drive continuous improvement to minimise downtime
  • Adhere to all H&S standards
  • 40hrs per week, 6am to 2pm. £17.15 per hour, overtime rate £20.20 per hour, which is readily available to do

The Person:

  • Time served or hold formal engineering qualifications
  • Mechanical bias
  • Experience with CNC and/or PLC is a bonus but not essential
