About the role

Join us as a Maintenance Engineer within our supply chain, where you'll work as part of a dedicated engineering team to safely maintain and improve the performance of production facilities, equipment, and services.

Our food manufacturing sites utilize automated and semi-automated lines. Your responsibilities will include developing engineering improvements, conducting planned maintenance activities, and quickly resolving breakdowns. You will also collaborate with site teams to monitor and enhance site performance and equipment reliability.

About you

You will have experience in a similar role, preferably within a related environment. Additionally, you should:

  • Possess a multi-skilled manufacturing background, ideally within the food or FMCG sectors
  • Be electrically biased, multi-skilled, and trained to at least an apprentice level
  • Be knowledgeable in PLC automated control systems, fault-finding, and process analysis
  • Be experienced with Microsoft 365, SAP systems, and familiar with CMMS (or similar); Agility experience is desirable
  • Communicate effectively with diverse groups and remain confident under pressure
  • Comply with Health and Food Safety standards
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, sharing goals, and celebrating successes
