Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks
• Perform basic wet plumbing, tiling, and joinery work
• Fit kitchens and complete painting and decorating jobs
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Travel between sites as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance role
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Competent in:
• Basic wet plumbing
• Tiling and joinery
• Kitchen fitting
• Painting and decorating
• Own basic tools required
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
