Full time Monday to Friday - Split Days

£43,000 - £45,000 plus overtime and private healthcare and benefits

We're looking for a skilled Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at an iconic site at 1 Finsbury Avenue

Split Day shifts 0700-1600 and 0800-1700 and 1000-1900 - this will be discussed at Interview stage

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
  • Carrying out electrical and mechanical PPMs, fault finding, and repairs
  • Supporting a safe, efficient, and compliant building services environment
  • Working closely with the client to deliver excellent service
  • Supervising subcontractors and ensuring H&S standards are met
  • Completing documentation and job sheets to a high standard

  • Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical Qualification
  • 18th Edition if Electrical
  • Experience in building services maintenance
  • A proactive, flexible approach to both electrical and mechanical work
