We are currently recruiting only the very best Maintenance Engineers to join our Club teams, ensuring all facilities are available to members at all times and are in excellent condition.

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for operating and maintaining an effective preventative maintenance programme for the entire site, including the building shell and surrounding grounds, under the supervision of their line manager.

The Role
  1. Ensure that the facility complies with all engineering standards, prioritizing safety for members and employees.
  2. Maintain the basic fixtures and fittings of the building to the highest standards of order and tidiness.
  3. Conduct daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth site operation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  4. Follow all Health & Safety policies and report any issues or concerns immediately.
  5. Maintain the basement, plant rooms, roof, and fire exits to company standards, ensuring all plant and equipment are properly maintained.
  6. Be proactive, use your initiative, and take ownership of situations such as member complaints.
  7. Work as part of the wider club team, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy to members, and assist with their queries.
  8. Fulfilling Duty Shifts as required, taking responsibility and accountability during the shift, and managing staffing and facility issues throughout the club.
Qualifications
  • A technical Level 2 qualification such as City & Guilds or higher.
