Job summary

Stafforce-Recruitment is seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer for a leading UK manufacturer in Ledbury. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical maintenance of production lines and site areas, ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will fault-find, diagnose and perform planned maintenance, with a mindset to reduce costs and boost efficiency. The successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a team, handling touch screen controls.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical engineering background.
• Ability to work on own initiative and in a team.
• Experience with touch screen machine controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage electrical and mechanical maintenance for production lines and site areas, maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Fault finding, diagnostics and planned maintenance.
• Identify and implement cost-saving improvements to boost efficiency.

• To coordinate and manage electrical and mechanical maintenance for production lines and site areas ensuring Safety and Quality Standards are maintained and strengthened where possible.
• Responsible for fault finding, diagnostics and planned maintenance.
• To build a way of thinking that continuously promotes practices to reduce costs and losses whilst improving efficiency of work.
