We’re seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our operations team based at our Leinthall Quarry, located in the beautiful Shropshire Hills.

Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Engineer at Breedon, you’ll enjoy being out and about, building relationships with the team, and supporting maintenance projects as well as some reactive work to keep our plant operational. It’d be fantastic if you have some experience of welding or fabricating. You’ll be an ideal fit for this position if you have a great sense of humour, don’t mind getting your hands dirty, and are willing to tackle a problem!

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Experience in a maintenance or mechanical engineering role.
• Experience of welding and fabrication.
• A full UK driving license.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll work with our Quarry Management team, supporting all preventative maintenance activities across the site. You will be working weekdays with core hours of 7am to 5pm, as well as the occasional Saturday, which will be paid as overtime.
