Pioneer Selection - Manufacturing & Industry Recruitment Specialists in Harrogate is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will maintain production machinery to keep downtime low and equipment reliable, performing planned and reactive maintenance.

The role involves electrical and mechanical fault finding, PPMs, and close collaboration with production teams.

Qualifications

• Multi skilled engineering background with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Experience in manufacturing, production or FMCG environments.
• Engineering qualification such as NVQ 3 / City & Guilds / HNC or equivalent.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Respond quickly and effectively to machinery breakdowns.
• Complete PPM schedules to a high standard.
• Carry out fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects.
• Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime.
• Ensure all engineering work is completed safely and efficiently.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and successful manufacturing business based in the Harrogate area.

Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Engineer:

Salary: £52,000+
Shift: Panama 2s & 3s – Days & Nights

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery and equipment.
