Basic Overview:
Shift:
Week 1 & 2: Days, Monday to Friday, 6am-2.30pm
Week 3: Backs, Monday-Thursday, 2pm-10pm & Friday 2pm-9.30pm
Location: North Lanarkshire

What You’ll be doing:
- Designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality
- Working hands-on with advanced machinery and technology
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborating with team members to diagnose and solve faults
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience with electrical and mechanical plant systems
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Experience with planned and breakdown maintenance, including installation of motors, VFDs, and PLCs
- Apprenticeship or equivalent formal training in installation and maintenance, with practical experience
- Experience with food processing and packaging equipment is advantageous
