Basic Overview:

Shift:
Week 1 & 2: Days, Monday to Friday, 6am-2.30pm
Week 3: Backs, Monday-Thursday, 2pm-10pm & Friday 2pm-9.30pm

Location: North Lanarkshire

What You’ll be doing:

• Designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality
• Working hands-on with advanced machinery and technology
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborating with team members to diagnose and solve faults

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with electrical and mechanical plant systems
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience with planned and breakdown maintenance, including installation of motors, VFDs, and PLCs
• Apprenticeship or equivalent formal training in installation and maintenance, with practical experience
• Experience with food processing and packaging equipment is advantageous
