Maintenance EngineerGBP42,000 per annum Aston Clinton, Aylesbury4 on / 4 off Days & Nights (7 AM 7 PM)

Were looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our high-performing team in Aston Clinton. You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability of our advanced blow molding machinery, helping us deliver top-quality, sustainable packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on maintenance tasks and collaborate with a team to keep production running efficiently

  • Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on extrusion, injection, and stretch blow molding machinery

  • Troubleshoot faults quickly and effectively, minimising downtime

  • Ensure accurate maintenance records and compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards

  • Work closely with other engineers and departments to support seamless operations

  • Deliver planned maintenance and repair work across all plant and site equipment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on Maintenance Engineering experience in the UK

  • Strong knowledge of blow molding equipment preferred (extrusion, injection, or stretch)

  • Recognised engineering qualification NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

  • Good understanding of health & safety and environmental standards

  • A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a team-focused attitude

  • Must have the right to work in the UK we are unable to offer visa sponsorship
