Shift Maintenance Engineer (FMCG)
Training and unlimited progression
Salary: £45,000-£48,000 (£52,000 post probation)

A world-renowned FMCG manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes is currently recruiting for a multi-skilled shift engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their current team. The business is growing massively, with several new sites being added this year alone. The company has forecasted large profits over the next 12 months, and the investment into the engineering team has nearly doubled. The company can offer extensive internal training, many progression opportunities for maintenance engineers, and the option to move into another skilled role.
This position will require the successful candidate to perform both planned and reactive maintenance on the production line, mostly dealing with electrical faults, although there is a requirement to assist with mechanical maintenance, so the need to be multi-skilled is essential. You will be working on a rotating days & nights shift pattern, with each shift being 12 hours. Added with a competitive salary package and many overtime opportunities, there is also a company pension in place.
