Residence Inn by Marriott London Tower Bridge is hiring a Maintenance Engineer to join its Truly Talented team in London. You will be hands-on with repair and general maintenance, meet deadlines, liaise with contractors and take responsibility for health and safety on the property.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, and a hands-on management style. You'll contribute to a seamless guest experience and uphold hotel standards daily.

• Self-motivated, confident, decisive, and able to work with limited supervision.
• Attention to the smallest details.
• Good understanding of compliance in hospitality and hotels.
• Ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with suppliers.
• Results-focused with a desire to succeed.
• Knowledge of electrics and health and safety.
• Computer literacy is also a key for the compliance and audit part of the role.

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Truly Talented team.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and management of all areas of the hotel, including energy conservation. You will use your leadership skills to inspire your team and provide a seamless guest experience every time.

Your role

The role requires someone who will be hands-on with repair and general maintenance. You will meet time deadlines, liaise with contractors and take responsibility for health and safety on the property. The right candidate, therefore, must be organised, a good communicator, and a hands-on manager.
