Multiskilled Shift Engineer

Location: Evesham | Salary: £47380 - £51500 (Days) £52,000 - £56,500 (Nights) | Shift Pattern: 4 On 4 Off (12 hour shift)

• Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance on high-speed production and packing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults (including PLCs, inverters, pneumatics).
• Collaborate with production, technical, and hygiene teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring all work aligns with HACCP and site protocols.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying and delivering engineering enhancements.
