Engineering Technician (Multi-Skilled)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician to join a high-performing manufacturing facility in Deeside. You will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency by delivering effective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a dynamic and safety-conscious environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced and adaptable engineer who enjoys solving complex problems across multiple technical disciplines. If you have a background in manufacturing or process industries and a hands-on approach to maintenance, this position offers a chance to develop further within a collaborative and safety-driven team.
Salary

£45,612.49 base salary
+ £7,046 shift allowance
+ 10% potential bonus
+ opportunities for overtime

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a broad range of plant equipment.

  • Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

  • Carry out electrical testing and inspections in accordance with 18th Edition regulations.

  • Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning.

  • Lead or contribute to fault-finding and continuous improvement initiatives.
