You will be joining a well-established company covering the above areas, contributing to the maintenance of various units and projects.

Responsibilities

• Snagging & repairs of live care home units
• Fire alarm testing
• Emergency Light Testing
• HVAC Servicing
• Water Treatment Tasks
• Gas Boiler Checks
• Carpentry knowledge
• All-round skills
• Maintain log book compliance on site
• Complete RAMs and H&S inspections

Requirements

• DBS clearance
• Weekend availability
• Monday to Friday work with overtime
