Maintenance Engineer - £52,197.60
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Shift: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
2. Responding quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
3. Working closely with production teams to keep things running smoothly.
4. Flagging improvements, ordering parts, and being a proactive problem-solver.
5. Ensuring all work is safe, compliant, and audit-ready.

What We're Looking For:

1. A Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with both mechanical and electrical experience.
2. Background in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
3. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering.
4. Someone who takes pride in their work, brings fresh ideas, and works well as part of a team.
