Greencore Desserts in Devizes is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to maintain and optimise processing and packaging equipment, ensuring safe, smooth and efficient operations. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs and support continuous improvement with colleagues on the factory floor.
The role requires an electrical bias with multiskilled capability, a recognised engineering apprenticeship, and hands-on experience with fault finding, maintenance planning, and IT systems in a food manufacturing

Greencore Desserts is based in Devizes, Wiltshire, and specialises in making chilled desserts such as tarts, yum yums, doughnuts, pies and pastries. The site employs over 550 people and is one of three factories that are part of the Bakkavor Desserts sector in the UK.
A Maintenance Engineer, you will use your engineering skills and problem‑solving abilities to maintain and optimise our processing and packaging equipment to keep our operations running safely, smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with operational colleagues, you’ll diagnose faults, complete repairs, support continuous improvement, and ensure our equipment delivers reliable, high-quality performance for our customers.
