A leading pharmaceutical company in Craigavon is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to perform routine preventative maintenance and general maintenance tasks in a cGMP environment. The ideal candidate should have City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in an electrical discipline, and any experience in the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry is desirable. Location: Craigavon
Hours: 40 hours per week. Tri-weekly rotation of days, evenings & nights.
8 hour shift pattern Sunday PM to Friday PM Days, Evenings, Nights rotated weekly.
Week 1 is 06:00 to 14:30, week 2 is 14:00 to 22:30 and week 3 is 22:00 to 06:30.

A typical day for a Maintenance Engineer is far from typical. The primary function of a Maintenance Engineer is to perform routine preventative maintenance schedules as per the PEMAC (Planned Engineering and Maintenance Control) system in a cGMP environment.
The post holder will also be responsible for general maintenance requests on equipment and facilities across the Almac Sciences Business Unit, including carrying out calibration activities on process equipment. There may be the opportunity to travel from time to time based on business needs.
This role would suit someone who is motivated, methodical, and exhibits excellent troubleshooting skills.
