Maintenance Engineer
Coventry, Warwickshire
£45,000
Mon – Thurs Permanent Days (6am – 6pm)

We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Coventry. Boasting one of the cleanest environments in all of industrial manufacturing, we are market leaders in the manufacturing of our bespoke products.

We are a family-run business who have been in operation for over 60 years, boasting an impressive annual turnover in excess of £30m. We have reinvested this success into our workforce with training on our bespoke machinery as well as brand new machinery in our constantly expanding site.

Your main roles and responsibilities will include maintenance and repair of a variety of robots including ABB and Fanuc, hydraulic-driven presses, and Siemens S7 PLC systems. Knowledge of this machinery would be beneficial but is not a dealbreaker. You will be part of a shift of two on the night shift, so the role is not lone work.

Experience Required

  • Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias is essential for this role.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a maintenance engineer in an industrial environment.
  • Level 3 Qualification of some form in engineering/maintenance (NVQ, City and Guilds, HNC, Indentured Apprenticeship).
  • Experience repairing robots and presses would be beneficial but not deal-breaking.
  • Knowledge of Siemens PLC systems would be beneficial.
