Electrical OR Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Corsham
Salary: Up to £53,000 DOE
Shifts: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights)

Our client are seeking a Maintenance Engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias to support our high-speed, automated production environment. Whether you're an experienced engineer or early in your career, this opportunity offers a clear development path and excellent benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Working with grading machines, pumps, shaft drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, inverters, and drives
• Diagnosing faults and making machine improvements to enhance performance and reliability
• Supporting a small, collaborative team and reporting to the Engineering and Site Services Managers
• Playing a key role in the continued investment and automation of our site

What We’re Looking For

• A qualification in engineering (NVQ, BTEC, apprenticeship, or equivalent)
• Background in FMCG, food, or manufacturing is ideal
• Solid foundation in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance (training provided)
• Ability to work on a 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern (12-hour shifts – days and nights)
• Sponsorship available for eligible candidates (Work Visa)
