Job description
Overview

Night Shift Maintenance Engineer - Panama Shift (FMCG Manufacturing)

Not all engineering jobs are equal. Some are fixing the same old machines, in the same old way, for the same old business that hasn't invested since the '90s.

This isn't that job. We're a heavily invested FMCG site in the middle of an expansion journey - new kit, modern processes, and plenty of opportunity to grow.

We're looking for a Night Shift Maintenance Engineer (Panama shift pattern) to join our team. You'll be the person who keeps the wheels turning when the rest of the world is asleep - diagnosing, fixing, improving, and making sure production keeps moving.

What’s in it for you?
  • A site that actually invests - in its kit, in its processes, and in its people.
  • Real progression opportunities - whether you want to specialise, broaden your skills, or step into leadership.
  • Variety - FMCG means pace, change, and plenty of challenges to get your teeth into.
  • Supportive team culture - no lone rangers here, just good engineers backing each other up.
What you’ll need
  • Ideally FMCG or food manufacturing experience (you'll hit the ground running that way).
  • Confidence working across both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • The mindset to solve problems, not just patch them up.

If you're the kind of engineer who thrives at pace, wants to work with modern kit, and fancies being part of something that's going places - this could be the move you've been waiting for.
