Qualifications

Maintenance Engineer

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire

Salary: £43,260 + £6,500 Callout Allowance + Bonus

Working Hours: Days – (8am – 5pm) Mon – Thurs, (8am – 3pm) Fri

We are seeking a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias to join a highly sustainable FMCG environment that supports the local community.

Since our formation in 2017, the company has experienced continuous growth and is expanding its maintenance division.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining and repairing equipment such as pumps, conveyors, presses, gearboxes, turbines, steam boilers, and crushing sites. You will follow the preventative maintenance plan and conduct inspections. The role involves a mix of PPMs and reactive maintenance, with major projects planned over the next 18 months.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with a mechanical or electrical bias
  • Formal qualification, ideally to minimum Level 3 (NVQ/City and Guilds/HNC/D)
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is beneficial
