Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair pumps, conveyors, presses, gearboxes, and turbines.
  • Follow preventative maintenance plans and perform inspections.
  • Handle a mix of planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance.

Maintenance Engineer
Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire
£43,260 + £6,500 Callout Allowance + Bonus
Days – (8am – 5pm) Mon – Thurs, (8am – 3pm) Fri

We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with a mechanical or electrical bias to work in a highly sustainable FMCG environment that supports the local community.
Since our formation in 2017, we have experienced continuous growth and are expanding our maintenance division.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining and repairing pumps, conveyors, presses, gearboxes, turbines, steam boilers, and crushing sites. You will follow the preventative maintenance plan and perform inspections. The role involves a mix of PPMs and reactive maintenance, with major projects planned over the next 18 months.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias
  • Formal qualification, ideally Level 3 (NVQ/City and Guilds/HNC/D)
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial
