Role and Responsibilities

1. Conduct planned maintenance inspections and review parts used.
2. Recommend improvements aligned with projects and maintenance schedules; perform safety checks on equipment.
3. Monitor plant conditions, report defects, and repair machinery.
4. Generate and maintain compliance with SOPs and risk assessments.
5. Report on plant performance using systems; address non-conformance issues.
6. Work on valves and pumps.
7. Support production and continuous improvement projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Formal Engineering Qualification: C and G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship trained.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement processes.
• Strong understanding of engineering standards.
• Experience in food, packaging, drink, or manufacturing environments.

Benefits

• Salary: GBP38,000 - GBP42,000
• Working days: Monday to Friday, early finish on Friday
