Maintenance Engineer - Cawston, Norfolk

Salary: Up to £47,981 + bonus

Type: Permanent

Shifts: Two options available (see below)

Tired of being pulled from one breakdown to the next with no time to actually improve things? This Maintenance Engineer role gives you space to do real engineering in a high-speed, state-of-the-art manufacturing site that values its engineers.

Shift Options: Maintenance Engineer

You'll work on a 2-week rotation, with no weekend production — giving you regular time off and proper work-life balance.

Choose one of two shift patterns:

• Option A:
  * Week 1: Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat - Days
  * Week 2: Wed, Thurs, Fri - Nights
• Option B:
  * Week 1: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed - Nights
  * Week 2: Mon, Tue, Wed - Days

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to breakdowns and keep production running
