Maintenance Engineer

Build Recruitment is proud to be representing their client, a leading building solutions company to work in Cardiff.

For the successful Maintenance Engineer, our client is offering:

1. £40,000 per annum
2. Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
3. Overtime paid at enhanced rates
4. Call out rota (if wanted)
5. Permanent
6. Van and Fuel card provided

The Role: Maintenance Engineer

Working in Cardiff:

1. Repairs and maintenance
2. Electrical maintenance
3. General building work
4. Conduct regular quality checks
5. Following health and safety regulations
6. Restocking materials

What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Engineer:

1. City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent ESSENTIAL
2. Electrical experience ESSENTIAL
3. Pool Experience ESSENTIAL
4. Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
