Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Aberystwyth to join a state-of-the-art, fully automated manufacturing site. You will perform electrical maintenance, fault finding and planned preventative maintenance across automated production machinery to maximise uptime and efficiency.

This role offers DAYS-ONLY shifts, a clear development path toward senior or management positions, and a benefits package including pension, life insurance and gym access.

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance including planned, reactive, and breakdown work within a fast-paced factory environment.

• Strong electrical fault-finding experience.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within UK manufacturing.
• Exposure to automated production environments.
