The role

As a Machine Maintenance Engineer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Maintaining all production CNC, robotic & manual machinery both electrically and mechanically to ensure maximum uptime of all process equipment.

Day-to-day, you’ll Be responsible for ensuring unplanned stops of production facilities is kept to a minimum by effective maintenance of plant and equipment.

  • Proactively engineer out process and machine failure modes.
  • Manage breakdowns and planned servicing of plant and equipment.
  • Installation and commissioning of plant and equipment.
  • General day to day maintenance activities.

This role is full time, 36 hours per week and is based on site at Ashton House, Bristol.


Essential experience of the Machine Maintenance Engineer

  • Strong team-working experience, with the drive and flexibility to maintain pace of work as priorities and requirements change.
  • A maintenance professional with Health and Safety knowledge including working to risk assessments.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in a multi skilled maintenance role in electrical, mechanical and facilities maintenance.
  • Motivation and initiative with demonstrated time management, prioritisation and organisational skills.

Qualifications for the Machine Maintenance Engineer

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC)security clearance for this role.
