Maintenance Engineer - £54,600 + Bonus
Shift: 4 on 4 off - Nights (18:00-06:00)

We're on the lookout for a Maintenance Engineer to join our fast-paced food manufacturing site in Lincoln. You'll be working with high-spec kit, keeping production lines running and solving problems before they escalate.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Diagnosing faults and carrying out both PPM and reactive maintenance.
2. Responding to breakdowns fast, minimising downtime.
3. Working across manufacturing, packaging, and production machinery.
4. Keeping things safe, compliant, and audit-ready.
5. Logging issues and suggesting improvements — we value your input.

What We're After:

1. Apprentice-trained or NVQ Level 3+ in Engineering (electrical bias ideal).
2. Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
3. Confident with both electrical and mechanical fault finding.
4. A hands-on, proactive attitude - someone who spots issues before they become problems.
