Job description

Calling all maintenance engineers… We have an immediate start based in Brandon, Suffolk that could be the next step in your career!

The ideal candidate would be someone with experience in farm or plant maintenance due to overlapping skillsets; however, candidates from other industries will also be considered.

The starting salary for this position is £16 per hour, with a contract of 47.5 hours per week, resulting in an approximate annual take-home pay of £40,000!

Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:

1. Completing PPM and reactive maintenance on site machinery
2. Using hand and power tools to disassemble machines
3. Ensuring production lines run smoothly and efficiently
4. Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
5. Assisting with production tasks when necessary

You will be working in a dusty environment that involves manual labor, so we are seeking a candidate who is comfortable with physically demanding work.

The standard working hours are 06:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday, with overtime available at time and a half.
