Role: Maintenance Engineer

Shift: Monday-Thursday days, Friday half-day

Salary: Up to £45,000

Location: Braintree

The client is currently looking for another motivated Maintenance Engineer to add to their team. Our client has a clear plan to continue investing in brand-new state-of-the-art machinery for you to start working on straight away!

The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Working mechanically on production tools, ultra sonic welders, pneumatic rams etc.
• Fault finding on electrical and electronic components such as control panels, PCBs, sensors, relays, contactors etc.
• Performing reactive maintenance and PPM
• Fault finding on PLC’s

About You

The ideal Maintenance Engineer will have the following:

• A recognised mechanical/electrical engineering qualification
• Experience within an engineering environment
• A sound understanding of key mechanical and/or electrical components
• Confidence working independently or as part of a team
• The willingness to travel abroad, fully expensed by the company!
