- Ability to lead continuous improvement projects and implement efficiency gains.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures and compliance.
- Good mechanical and electrical knowledge across machinery and tooling.
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts including days and nights.

- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment.

Location – Commutable from Bracknell, Berkshire
Salary - £54,000 basic + Overtime + Great package
