Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a fast-moving FMCG site near Bristol. You will perform PPMs, diagnose and repair breakdowns, and contribute to engineering projects in a busy high-speed factory.

Ideal candidates will hold an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification (electrical bias preferred) and have manufacturing maintenance experience. Continental 12-hour shift pattern and a strong benefits package are on offer.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Electrical bias preferred but mechanical bias with strong electrical skills acceptable.
• Experience in manufacturing maintenance and high-speed production environments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs).
• Attend to and repair breakdowns in a busy factory.
• Be involved in engineering projects to improve equipment and processes.

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £50,000 – £54,000

Location: Langford, Bristol

Shift: Rotating 12 Hour Days and Nights

A leading manufacturing client within the FMCG sector are now recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering department in a busy high-speed factory. The successful maintenance engineer is required to be multi skilled. The duties of the maintenance engineer will include carrying out PPMs, attending to breakdowns and involvement in engineering projects. Successful maintenance engineers must be qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Skills required for Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer: Ideally electrical bias but will look at mechanical bias with strong electrical skills.
